Members can access Crane study materials at the training site anytime during business hours. These courses are progressive, and participation is expected. The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (CCO) has moved to a digital platform for all written examinations. All candidates must create an account with CCO and register for the exams using the online dashboard.

Written Exams –
It may be taken as a single candidate, Tuesday through Friday, 8 am—2 pm. Appointments are required.
Small group testing opportunities are available as needed. Appointments are required.
Practical Exams –
It may be taken Tuesday – Friday, 8 am – 2 pm. Appointments are required.

CCO Osha, ASME Prep Study and review : April 4, 2026. Click HERE to register. This course will help members understand and interpret current OSHA laws, specifically those related to construction cranes. Topics include electrical safety, wire rope, rigging, crane signals, inspections, and hoisting personnel. Participants will learn how ASME applies to cranes used in construction. Subjects will include crane types, nomenclature, and components; crane setup; and powerline safety, suspended personal platforms, and crane inspections.
NCCCO Recertification Class: TBA. Call Shannon for Materials and Practical: For Experienced Crane Operators who need to re-certify for their NCCCO Certification.
